First time ordered something from their website, (as the item i was looking for was only available on tradeling) at first i was skeptical, what if its just a scam website, then did some research, checked their reviews and everything and i must say they delivered precisely as described, delivery was on time, the item was original, happy that i trusted them, will definitely be ordering from them again

I'm using the app for months now. It happened many times that I place orders and they stay in progress for weeks without shipping. And when I contact the CS, they say it's cancelled !! Why? due to customs and export restrictions. While orders are normal products that I always get from other online markets. This happened with me 4 times till now for totally different items. They contacted me to apologise, I hope I will soon see an improvement and then will raise my review more.
